Harold Lichtenstein serves as Executive Vice President of Loan Portfolio Management at NEWITY, overseeing loan funding and servicing while ensuring adherence to credit policy. With over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, Harold plays a crucial role in helping small businesses access the capital they need to grow. 

Throughout his time at NEWITY, Harold has been deeply involved in initiatives like the Paycheck Protection Program and Employee Retention Credit, where he developed training materials and models to ensure businesses received maximum benefits. Now, as part of the SBA 7(a) team, he works closely with underwriters to maximize loan amounts while safeguarding each borrower’s financial health.
